I think thats the right one, didn't notice the thumb. Thought it was the blowjob one (where you usually use the tongue to poke on your cheek or w/e)

I think it's some sort of sign language. Maybe 'T' or 'Toilet'.

よる [yoru] I think this means cane or stick.

My dictionary lists no such candidate. Also, those aren't verbs!

Perhaps it's just 寄る, "to visit; to drop in; to approach." The "wanna" was an assumption.

"~i yo ru" is one of some Kansai dialects. shiyoru, kiyoru, etc...
and shikoru is a slang for "to fap" .
if it's translated, it'll be "Are you gonna fap?" or something.
