I'm pretty certain that posts that are still pending should not be flagged, as all flagging a post does is just sends it back into the mod queue. Wait for them to be approved first (if at all) then flag.

Also, who drew the image is not really relevant to whether it should be deleted or not, except in cases of people submitting their own art.

Agreed. I was hesitant to upload it due to the quality of the art, but then figured that as weird as this was, it might get approved regardless.
