This is a character named "Jovi" made by some "Staa" artist, but I can't find an original made by that guy so I'm not really sure if I should add the tag

With original characters, I wouldn't usually add a tag unless there are several images of them on Danbooru or if they're drawn by multiple artists. But it should at least be tagged original in this case.
