Gotta say that that's not necessarily impressive, as you can do that quite simply in most image software - Transparency and what not.Copy and paste.

Still, effort was involved.

True enough. Looking at it, her reflection has noticeable errors (the eyes are reflected improperly). Still more detail than most would put into a bathing image though.
