No, since Rea is dead (well, undead really). The fact that her body is slowly breaking down is the main plot-point in the manga. Oddly enough, it's also treated as her charm point. When she starts to talk weird due to the onset of rigor mortis, the male protagonist gets a nosebleed. When her arm gets ripped off, that's the chapter's silly punchline to lighten the mood.
yeah that's why i ended up at this picture, i read about it and they described what it was about so i came here to see if i could find pictures of it. and i must say, in more ways than one, i am excited. ;)
