Would be wise to check things like their profile or some of their other sites where they host works if available. Them having a pixiv account you can see they have a lot of works tagged AI-generated. Additionally if you look carefully at their Twitter profile you can spot "2024年12月作品🔞: https://dlsite.com/aix/work/=/product_id/RJ01321043.html." The aix in the link address indicates this work is located in dlsite's AI-generated content section.
