I know that feel, Youmu.
It just feels like the slash should erase bullets...

I keep thinking that the bullets around me will somehow not be there when the trance mode finishes then *pichuu~n* happens without me ever knowing which little, insignificant bullet hit me.

Those kunais are quite a staple since EoSD & PCB, I recall Yukari uses those quite prominently.

Something tells me this is part of Ten Desires.. cause Youmu's slow charge slashes don't cut bullets.. but when she's hit she does slash like crazy.

It's more likely a reference to Youmu's playstyle in PoFV, with her charged slash-attacks eliminating bullets in front of her. Now you can do the slashing again, minus the bullet-removal. I've been caught out trying to get rid of bullets, only to be hit by them.

Plus the Trance mode upon death (read: angry slashing with no actual technique whatsoever that works just as well if not better).
