They have a deep love of all living things, and wish to create a world where humans and monsters can coexist. They prefer monogamy. They have the powers of all mamono, and can transform female humans into any monster they desire.
Because the Demon Lord and his wife keep fucking, there are A LOT of them. The more there are, and the more they keep having sex, the more powerful the Demon Lord and all other mamono become. If the number of them is allowed to keep growing, eventually all men will become incubus and all women will become mamono, and the world will become one of love and peace with no war.
On a side note... God, I loved the original, and I love the colored version even more.
We need to make more of these and bring the world to peace. On a side note I wonder if the "Turn women into any Monster they desire" includes making more of themselves. Also I respect these more than some of the MGs due to them having a liking for Monogamy, I respect loyalty.

she want that humans and monsters coexist but if she turn man into incubus and woman into monsters it´s a wrong way. one exsample: if this happen against a person will the transformed one feel hatred to that monster who have done this and kill her and if that is not enough other monsters from the same race will be killed too! to live in coexist with humans monstergirls do not do 3 things to humans. 1. kidnapping man from their homes and familys. 2. raping man to get sex! 3. transform man and woman into monsters without their permisson.! i think it´s diffcult for monstergirls to change their sexfactor but possible to avoid this 3 things.

but what is when a situation happens who cause hatred in their hearts? it would be strange when transformed humans have no feeling of hatred anymore even monstergirls can feel hatred too. some cases for that factor. 1. if someone raped their partner or have kidnaping him. 2. lay a hand on their children or important people to them. 3. if they met someone who take revenge on him before the transforming happen. i think too that some monstergirls races hated each other and are sworn enemies and fight to the death.
I think that the Lilim fucking suck, actually. A monster that is so beautiful everything falls in love with it automatically? And it has every power available to all Mamono? Bullshit. That's the kind of retarded Mary Sue idiocy I expect from some half-brained twelve-year-old fangirl.

even when monstergirls have the power to change man and woman into monsters that doesn´t mean there always doing this. for these who will live in coexist with humans is this a crime when it happens without the permisson from the human who become a monster. humans can show monstergirls too that they want coexist with them or will be accepted. here are some cases to show this. 1. man who are married with a woman and a monstergirl. 2. a man married a monstergirl and his family will welcome her. 3. a monstergirl become a stepmother for human children and the children accept her or if their real mother is dead they say mother to the monstergirl. 4. a monstergirl or a group with no home came to human settlements to look for man and can stay there if they want this. 5. the man at a monstergirls side can live with her sexfactor. if monstergirls know they will be loved and accepted from humans the most of them will also friendly to them and do nothing that makes anyone angry or sad. but even when they are frienly to humans i don´t think monstergirls will change their sexfactor so esay but if they only do this with her husband it´s a small problem.
Correct me if I'm wrong about this, but the whole conflict between the Chief God and the Demon Lord & her Husband seems to stem from the whole monster-girl/Mamono thing. From what I've heard, the Husband is a hero who overthrew the previous ruler of the demon-world who was responsible for centuries of classic demon/human war. The Demon Lord and the current husband did the whole Mamono thing to bring peace to demonkind and humanity after millennia of bloody war.
However, the Chief God was not receptive to this plan, having fought with the Husband's predecessor since time immemorial. Once he saw that the proliferation of Mamonos & the subsequent influx of demonic energy could very probably lead to all of humanity transforming into demons (and the transformation of all of the natural world turning into a 2nd demon world), he maintained his previous hostilities with the demon world. And there's the whole bit about humanity wanting to do nothing but have sex for eternity after their conversion into demons.
Basically, it's a radical plan with good intentions, but a lot of flaws as well. The Chief God thinks that the demons still want to wipe out humanity and conquer the human world (albeit in a more subtle way this time around). For whatever reason the Demon Lord and/or her Husband don't want to change their plan. This inevitably leads to conflict between their followers. I get the impression that the rank-and-file clergy of the Chief God don't have anything against Mamono relations as long as it doesn't actively promote harm or corruption. But the horror stories that the Mamono-supporters tell about an extremist crusader element in the Chief God's church aren't all exaggerations either.

all of this matches what ive gotten with a few small exceptions. most mamono dont change men into demons, and the fallen god is the one who makes his(her?) servants and men want to have sex for all eternity. secondly the only real downside to the demon lords plan was that the child of a mamono and a human man will always be a mamono, leading to the extinction of both races if something isnt done. im pretty sure that last part was unintentional on the demon lords part but a result of the fact that the mamono change was attempted immediately after she became the new demon lord.

You're over-analyzing something thats very simple. Its a classic zero-sum situation.
Monster girls + Humans = More Monster Girls. Ergo, in the long run, Monster girls > Humans, because Monster girls + Humans =/= More Humans. When THAT happens, the Monster girls simply have to attack/rape the Humans en masse and the Humans will instantly become extinct because (again): Monster girls + Humans =/= More Humans.
After that, unless the creator pulls a plot device out of the air, ALL Monster girls AND Humans are doomed to extinction due to inability to reproduce. (No Humans = No Monster Girl babies = Everyone dies of old age)
