Was tagged as Meiko as far as I remember.

I was certain this was Luka, too. The long hair, the fact that it's pink, the JBF dress and her bangs are all visual cues of Luka.

Searched images following the Meiko tag so I was possitive this is her since it poped up in the related work box, but after I tracked down the scource ( adding it above ) I must say you gouys were right. Sorry.
