I'm not completely sure on this, but I think the text is 契約済んだら食べてもいい？ which is something like "Once the contract's over, is it okay to eat it?" right? I'm fairly sure that at least the eating part is correct and it refers to Q-Bee being something that eats souls, while Kyubey eats grief seeds, which turn out to be soul gems which is a second relation on top of the whole names sounding similar.

Well, for what it's worth, I agree with your translation.

Ditto on the translation aspect.
It's been quite interesting thought to see all the fanwork as of late combining both Q-bee and kyubey together...this one just being the logical conclusion.
