Explanation for why I added the pokemon_tcg tag: This art is clearly referencing Team Rocket's Mimikyu and Team Rocket's Spidops from the "Glory of Team Rocket" expansion. Both cards feature Proton, and he has not been depicted with these Pokémon in any other media.
