The girl to Patchy's left is probably Meiling, juding by the hair, sleeve, and that they're partners in this comic, but I'm not too sure about that so I'll hold out on tagging her. As for the one in front of her.... ehh, not enough for me to make a guess.
Also I'm not really the type to post pics, but these were at the bottom of Toruu's diary/blog. Meaning that another update would've knocked 161-163 (they were grouped with the Yuuka/Mima/Fairies pic) off the page and rendering them lost until they popped up somewhere else, so I figured that I should scoop them up as well while they were still there.
