I'm not sure that's a good idea, "nau" is a lot more specific than just a simple "now". It's twitter slang.

Slang for "now". Japanese twitterers (tweeters?) use it to describe their current actions/situation as opposed to 今blah blah blahしてる. The joke is that none of the things she's tweeting with "nau" are actually things she's doing now.
