It's not that actually. It is most likely an AKM or AK-103 with a significant number of modifications. Particularly the additions of: a Zenitco foreend, an AR-15 style buffer tube stock adapter, a side rail mounted optics rail, a charging handle knob and threading for the mounting of a supressor. Not sure about the last one, some supressors mount to stock AK threadings and some supressors require adaptors and some people might opt to have their barrel rethreaded to be compatible with one thing or another.
