I find it interesting how much Dragon's Crown fan artworks came out in that short time. The artists seem all addicted to the game and yeah, I like it too. Maybe finally a reason to get a PS3.
Just to those mentioning the PS3, it's also coming to the Vita, by the way. If you were like "kinda want this game but the PS3 is expensive" there's a slightly cheaper alternative.
It's funny how it's this game getting all the fanart when Vanilliaware's past stuff came up short and dry, despite among other things, Velet's stripperfric outfit.
Though even the Elf isn't that dainty compared to other elves are in other games and she has a non-exaggerated appeal.
I know, right? It seems this game is only getting as much fanart as it is because of Amazon and the Sorceress but there have been PLENTY of rather... well off... characters in Vanillaware games. Guess no one cares much for bones (Odette), foxes (Kongiku, Yuzuruha), or some thunder god (Raijin).

I dig Elf's design because she has that kind of "lovely girl next door" charm. Since it's not over the top, it fits well with the stealthyness.
Back when I was a teenager we had a DM who, as an unwritten rule, made all his elves super hot. We managed to kangaroo court with him that our group (a ladies man thief, a romantic bard, and a musclehead fighter) would never fail a spot check on elves if he was going to make them all outstandingly gorgeous.

What I mean is, put Elf next to some random high school anime girl, let's say Mikuru Asahina, and its hard to say who is curviest. And most moe.
That'd be more of a fair comparison as at least in this art, Elf could draw even with Haruhi, who's no slouch in the bust department.
