It’s possible to denoise that, but I’m not sure if the result would get approved as it’s a modification of the original artist’s image.

Give it a go, I'll see about approving it when I see the result. I can always hard-delete it, so it won't affect your upload stats.

Sorry about the poor quality, but it was quite a cute picture, so I felt like uploading it, despite the small size and artefacts.

Parented a less crappy version. That’s the best I could manage.

Sadly still not quite up to snuff. I'm afraid we'll have to let it go unless the artist posts a better version.

Feel free to hard-delete it then.
