Well, yes. Although in those numbers the flashlights are able to actually DO something. To paraphrase the 40K codex:

"A single guardsman with a lasrifle is doomed, a million guardsmen with lasrifles can stop an army."

Which is funny because I remember a codex mentioning that a single lasgun shot can lop off a person's limbs even with carapace armor.

Its just not fair when the enemy consists of a mixture of unholy abominations that can change the very nature of their bodies to whatever material they want or outnumber you 500 to 1.

That's not true. Its only Death Worlds where everything wants you dead. Dark Elder, for example, wants you alive. Or at least alive enough.

He would be in either Eldar team (both Magical Girls and Eldar have Souls Gem in which their spirit is carried), probably an Old One. Note that the Old Ones look nothing like Orks or Eldar.
