I think it's a nice touch that Alpharia/Omegan has a slighter build than the other female Primarchs, allowing them to pass off as just regular (if Amazonian) women as opposed to demigoddesses.

This is lore-accurate. Everyone in the Alpha Legion can impersonate Alpharius/Omegon if needed, there's a reason why they reply with "I am Alpharius!" when asked who they are.
