I see a bunch of characters tagged but only two of them are actually visible. Just because they're mentioned doesn't mean you have to tag them. Only if they're actually there.

I thought that you tagged characters if they were mentioned. I Know other posts were tagged with them if it was explicit, and I think being listed in the credits counts as somewhat explicit.

I believe you're suppose to tag what you see from the picture, not just if they are mention. Isn't that suppose to be so?

If being mentioned was enough to get tagged, then basically any mention of a character name anywhere would tag the character, and thus a lot of doujins/comics would have to be retagged. They aren't, so I highly doubt a name is good enough for a tag.
I think its best to stick to tagging characters physically present in the image (or potentially represented by like a doll or photo that is fairly prominent).
