Ilya definitely got the short end of the stick here when you realize she's older than everyone else. Except for Arc of course since she is immortal.

Arc is roughly 6 years old if you count the time she's been active as opposed to being asleep/repressing vampiric urges.

No, it was mentioned that the time she has been active only amounts to a single year. However, whilst she is sleeping she replays what she experienced over and over again, instead of dreaming, so that can still be factored in. Still, Nasu said she has the mind and body of a 19/20 year-old woman, so she can't be measured by common standards.

Kinda like Irisviel, who has the life experience of a 9 year old person while still having the mind and body of an adult.

quite a funny trivia: terry pratchett, too, made a story where arthur is a girl,roughly 20 years before f/sn was even written.
