I've never seen Shikieiki x Cirno, despite them having cannon interaction. Going that road, even more unlikely is Shikieiki x Daiyousei.

And God forbid Rinnosuke x Kisume.

The unlikely part is Remilia's chest. If busty Remilia is uncommon, and Sanae x normal Remilia is similarly improbable, then the odds against Sanae x stacked Remilia must be astronomical!
