On this site, there's 131 art pieces from maidcousin as I'm writing this. Out of them, 16 have characters wearing some sort of pants (not counting stockings), and 7 of these have the characters wearing the pants normally. So we have roughly 12% of them wearing some sort of pants, with only 5% of them doing it in a "normal" way.
