I don't see why this image would get deleted. It's cute and there don't appear to be any flaws with it. The only way I could see it being deleted is if someone already uploaded it. Chin up, Tantei-san~ ;3

Left sidebar, Options, "Appeal" link. Only shows up after it's actually been deleted.
