I think anyone who's just witnessed (and indirectly helped) all of that, and getting hit by an eyeball to boot, would be scarred for life. Unless they had a morbid sense of humour.

Reisen can't be harmed by a grenade. She would probably take it from your hand, and put it in your ass. It's SK-II's Reisen we're talking about.
But thinking about it, being exploded with a grenade would probably be less painful than having your spine broken, and your head... I'm not sure what she did to Kaguya.
