Honestly was about to replace lsd with postage_stamp given how huge that tab is but I'm just gonna assume some Chinese/japanese artists aren't too knowledgeable due to being in drug-free societies. It's kind of interesting in a way. Some of the needy girl overdose art with lsd have huge ones and that may be the only time they've ever seen/heard of a drug you put on your tongue outside of vague media references
