Touhou Challenge #2 - Matenshi
So out of the numbers being drawn, we're starting with the PC98 girls~ Last time it was Mima. This time the lucky number was #12, Matenshi! There isn't a whole lot about her, and certainly not enough fan art out there of her. Glad I could contribute a little! I really had fun drawing this character, As for the extra detail on her outfit, I drew inspiration from various sources as well as adding my own little twists! I even gave her a pointed ear... I thought it'd be cute, aha~
