If they were the two babysitters of him, it's not possible.
I think they have like 30-35 years old.

Did they ever actually say "babysitters"?

I assumed they were more like "childhood companions" assigned to him. As in around the same age or a little bit older.

Pretty much. They were adopted to jut take care of him and act as surrogate sisters.
