Jeanne d'Arc. The real one, not the Fate version. She's pretty much the prototypical "himekishi" archetype for the Japanese.
(Okay, she actually had dark hair in real life, but most Japanese are probably unaware and they tend to draw French characters near uniformly as blond with blue eyes anyway.)
