She's a new type of Siren, not Arbiter, nor an Experiment Test site siren. She's a Minor Arcana Siren... We still don't have her name so yeah

FYI, it tells you that she came from Order's group which we don't know so far about it, but as far I can tell, this is the third group of Siren's team

This is a weird case and special case for this collab event. Her OST refer back to Illusory Drifters called battle-dos-onstage

It's something that we know not of and this is basically after CN 8th Anniversary which Manjuu is cooking up something.
