I beg to differ with the translator's using "坏" to mean "psychologically broken."
While he's true that "坏" can literally mean "destruction" or "psychologically broken" in Chinese otaku slang, the latter meaning has a "negatively broken" connotation and, in the case of Homura, she'd be "坏" because of the grief she had along the loops that most readers should have know of, not because, like here, where her sexual wish have been fulfilled to the fullest.

That said, the main translation can be kept.
