I understand these are pages 12 and 13, but the next one is that one from Scarlet sisters numbered 17. Were 14, 15 and 16 missed or were publicity or something else?

They're post #900886, post #900888 and post #900890, which I didn't bother processing since the original printing is better quality anyways.
