Kinda drawing blanks on what spell Patchy's using here. Hitting the Touhou Wiki is not giving me any kind of spell cards with Water and Fire Sign in either EOSD or IAMP.

I'm not sure about that top one...it's either that the range of the spell is set, and she needs to get closer (get in range) or that she's setting the range so that the spell is correctly aimed. I went with the former, but it might be wrong.

I think the latter option is right, because if it's the former, Marisa would have said something like "Gotta get close" or "Gotta get in range" instead. I changed the translation to reflect this interpretation.
