One, there is no explicit need for a Kaishakunin during a seppuku ritual. In fact, early rituals were done without one. The Kaishakunin was added only when Samurais started becoming wusses who were afraid of pain.

On a second note, is there a tag for the very conspicuous cart pattern Yuyuko uses on her power-up fan? Searching for yuyuko + fan would fail because she also uses fans with other designs.
So, let's see here. If Youmu kills her human half, that leaves Myon. But Myon is Youmu's ghost half, which would mean Youmu's ghost is already in existance. Ergo, Youmu's soul does not reside within her human body but takes the form of Myon. So after committing seppuku, all that's left of her will be Myon, albeit fully able as the original Youmu. And taking Yuyuko as an example, she will be able to take a more human-esque form. So she would just be Youmu and Myon as one existance. Therefore, all of the Youmu with half of the calories.
