All of the characters shown are from Link's Awakening, the Owl is the one you meet several times through the game, while the guy with blue hair is Richard(It's easy to figure out because of the frog).

Note that prince Richard is a character from another action-rpg from Nintendo which was released before A Link to the Past, Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru. http://www.hardcoregaming101.net/kaeru/kaeru.htm It was never released outside Japan but fortunately it's fan-translated and it's a must.
