She is portrayed with long blonde hair with floating headgear, blue eyes, and medium breasts. Her default outfit consists of a backless blue dress and aqua skirt, white elbow gloves, petticoat under her dress, aqua thighhighs, and blue rudder footwear.
Her rigging consists of two hull pieces to her back, held together by her funnel. The hull pieces contain her two 152 mm triple gun mounts and 55 cm triple torpedo tubes.
