A fictional mecha from the Gundam series. It first appeared in Mobile Suit Gundam from 1979.
MS-07B Gouf
A blue, mono-eyed Zeon mobile suit specifically designed for close-quarters combat. It has a distinct horn on its head, spiked shoulders, and a tentacle whip which emerges from its right arm. Notably piloted by Ramba Ral.
A variation known as the Gouf Custom is piloted by Norris Packard from Gundam 08th MS Team. The Gouf was redesigned for Gundam SEED Destiny, and is known as the GOUF Ignited. It is most notably piloted by Heine Westenfluss and Yzak Joule.
Despite what the casual mecha anime otaku may think, the Gouf "is not a Zaku boy, not a Zaku...". (ザクとは違うのだよ、ザクとは!)
