One of the playable main characters in Zenless Zone Zero. Her name in the Japanese translation is Rin.

Belle, along with her brother Wise, manage the Random Play video store on Sixth Street in New Eridu and form the team behind the legendary Proxy identity "Phaethon".

Voiced in Japanese by Senbongi Sayaka and Courtney Steele in English.
