A playable character in Zenless Zone Zero. An Intelligent Construct designed for combat, Billy is a former Champion of the Outer Ring who currently spends his days working with the Cunning Hares faction.
He has short white hair and glowing yellow eyes. His attire consists of a red cropped jacket, black pants with a large studded belt and chain, a thigh pouch, a single knee pad, and black shoes. In combat he dual wields a pair of revolvers.
