Desert Flannel is a playable character from Reverse:1999. A bounty hunter from Australia, this Aussie arcanist has to ability to summon Plappy, her pet digital Emu into the real world. She is one the main characters of the "Revival! The Uluru Games" side story.
She is voiced by Jorja Cadence in English and Aida Rikako in Japanese.
