Laird James McCullen Destro XXIV, usually referred to simply as Destro, is the Scottish leader of a weapons manufacturer company and main ordinance supplier for the Cobra Commandterrorist organization.
Destro hides his face -which is unknown to many- in a metal mask forged from beryllium steel and has arm guards equipped with mini-rocket launchers and grenades.
He first appeared in number 11 of the original G.I. Joe Marvel comics series and his action figure debuted in 1983.
