Evice (Japanese: ワルダック Wardack) is the main antagonist of Pokémon Colosseum. He is the head of the criminal organization Cipher; Nascour is his second-in-command. In Pokémon XD, it is revealed that he is not the true leader, with that title instead belonging to Greevil.
