Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Fumizuki. Character design by Yadokari, voiced by Hidaka Rina.
She is portrayed with long brown hair in a ponytail, and brown eyes. Her default outfit is the class' uniform: a serafuku consisting of a black shirt with black sailor collar, crescent pin on the sailor collar, white necktie, black skirt, plain black kneehighs, and grey shoes.
Her rigging is shared with the rest of the class: her funnel and foremast to her back, canisters/depth charges strapped to her brown belt, a 12 cm handgun mount, and two 61 cm triple torpedo tubes on her ankles.
