Han Myungoh is a middle-aged man who appears like a stereotypical company executive. At the beginning of the novel's events, He has short black slicked back hair with grey streaks, and some belly fat. He wears a black collared shirt with a grey necktie, a striped vest, an open striped coat, and a pair of glasses.

Later, when he becomes a demon boy, he has short black curtained hair, pointy ears, scales on the side of his neck and face, fangs, demon horns, and black sclera with yellow eyes. He still prefers to wear semi-formal clothing of a white collared shirt and a brown open coat of some kind or a simple black robe.

Myungoh has a surrogacy birth by means of Asmodeus (Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint), and later becomes deeply attached to the daughter, whom he names Han Dareum.

Unlike Myungoh, Dareum has a more human-like appearance.
