A seasonal tourism campaign collaboration between the cities of Hirosaki, Aomori Prefecture and Hakodate, Hokkaido Prefecture in northern Japan. The campaign further features a collaboration with Snow Miku for its winter campaign and Sakura Miku for its spring campaign.
