The 14.3rd official installment of the Touhou games, featuring Kijin Seija as the protagonist. The game was released 11 May 2014, at Reitaisai 11. As the title implies, it is a spinoff game consisting mostly of spell cards that would be impossible (or nearly impossible) to beat in regular Touhou games, but the player disposes of various "cheat items", each with its particular ability, as a help to defeat the enemies.
