Kasei-san is the generally accepted name for one of the many NPCs found in Yume Nikki. His appearance is that of a red eye weeping bright green tears attached to a single mostly blue leg. He gets his name due to appearing in a slightly hidden area within the Mars like landscape accessed after Masada's spaceship crashes. Name means "Mr/s. Mars"
