Enemy of the titular hero in Ben 10, but in the sequels they become friends. Has shortblack hair and black eyes with bags under eyes. Wears a sleeveless shirt. He has the power to absorb the powers of others, initially resulting in him being able to also transform into Ben's aliens before becoming stuck in an amalgamation form of all of Ben's unlocked aliens at the time known as Kevin 11.
