Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Kiyoshimo. Character designed by Fujikawa, voiced by Kanemoto Hisako.
She ha very long multicolored hair (grey outer, blue inner) with a single hair bun turning into low twintails, an ahoge, a strand of hair passing between her eyes; and grey eyes.
She wears the standard Yuugumo-class school uniform: a purple/maroon halterneck dress over a white shirt, a teal-blue bowtie, grey/purple opaque pantyhose and lace-up boots. Her rigging is the same as the rest of the class: her funnel and foremast to her back, a 12.7 cm twin handgun mount, and two 61 cm quad torpedo tubes on thigh straps.
An excitable girl, she wants to become a battleship due to her admiration of the battleship Musashi. So, it is not uncommon to draw her with Musashi's (or another battleship's) rigging, if only to collapse under the weight.
