A workaholic office woman who saved and accidentally invited to her house a dragon maid from the other world and imperatively became a caretaker for several dragons who later take refuge on the human world.
Kobayashi has an almost tomboy-ish appearance due to spending most of her time working and drinking, and has an extremely stoic personality. Her appearance is a short-statured woman with flat chest, a reddish-pink hair with a small ponytail, and a small pupils. She usually wears an office costume consisted of a white shirt, a long black pants, and a yellow necktie.
