A water-themed Maverick from X1. Returns in the PSP remake and in Xtreme 2, and has a cameo in the FMV intro of X3. In X5, one of the Mavericks is out to avenge him, but the English translators apparently didn't recognize his Japanese name and called him "Octopardo" instead.
